Solid color flooring systems are among the most widely used for heavy-traffic commercial & industrial flooring application. These systems can be designed in a number of ways to achieve varying levels of thickness, impact and chemical resistance.
Application
solid-color applications consist of a primer coat that may or may not incorporate an epoxy moisture mititgation system This is followed by a mid-coat for added build & Impact resistance. The application is then top-coated for improved UV stability, chemical resistance and durability.

Shop Floor System
Designed for shop floors, mechanical rooms and other applications requiring an economical yet durable protective floor coating. This solid color shop floor coating system incorporates a 100% solids epoxy primer and intermediate coat. This 3-coat application is finished with a pigmented high-wear urethane topcoat for added durability and color stability.
Solid Color Broadcast System
A heavy-duty solid color broadcast system engineered for superior impact & abrasion resistance. Providing an approximate thickness of 1/16”, incorporating a unique multi-sized aggregate in enhance impact and abrasion resistance. Ideal for industrial and manufacturing applications. The finished system is top-coated with a UV stable high-traffic urethane offering superior long-term abrasion resistance
